Take Up Space – AR Artwork

When Adobe Aero commissioned me to create an AR artwork in celebration of Women’s History month, I knew that I wanted to create something heartfelt, vibrant, and empowering. As a woman that has worked in technology for many years, I know a thing or two about the subtleties of sexism – how people’s internalized messages can unconsciously inform how they perceive you and, ultimately, how they treat you. Luckily, you don’t need anyone’s permission to live a big, beautiful life. You’re only as small as you behave.  In celebration of all women everywhere, spread out your arms and take up the space you deserve.
